These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and wintoto governing your use of the wintoto platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.
You must be 21 years of age or older to register and use wintoto. Residents of jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited are not permitted to open an account.
All wintoto accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit. Deposits and withdrawals are processed via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and Malaysian bank transfers.

Each individual may hold only one wintoto Account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. wintoto may suspend or terminate Accounts where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. wintoto does not represent that the services are appropriate or available in all locations. Persons accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so at their own risk and are not entitled to any winnings arising from such use.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You agree to:
wintoto will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. All activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified wintoto of a security breach in writing before that activity occurred.
Deposits to your wintoto Account are accepted in MYR via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and supported Malaysian bank transfers including Maybank FPX, CIMB, and Public Bank. Minimum deposit amounts are set out on the Payments page of the Platform and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to identity verification. wintoto targets withdrawal processing within 30 minutes for verified accounts, though delays may occur due to banking infrastructure, public holidays, or compliance review requirements. wintoto is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
wintoto operates Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with its licensing obligations. You may be required to submit identification documents (national ID, passport, utility bills) before a withdrawal is processed. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until compliance is achieved.
All transactions are conducted in MYR. wintoto does not apply currency conversion charges. Any fees imposed by your payment provider are your responsibility.
wintoto reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any Wager at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, arbitrage betting, use of automated software, or exploitation of pricing errors.
A Bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: event cancellation, postponement beyond a defined period, obvious pricing error, or where the Bet would have constituted an infringement of these Terms.
Mix Parlay selections are subject to individual event rules. If any selection within a Mix Parlay is voided, that selection is treated as a non-runner and the overall odds are recalculated accordingly. Minimum and maximum Mix Parlay combination limits are displayed within the betting interface.
In-play odds are updated in real time. wintoto accepts in-play Bets subject to network connectivity and market availability. wintoto is not liable for Bets placed at odds that were the result of a technical error in the live feed, and such Bets may be voided after investigation.
All bonuses, free bet credits, and promotional offers are subject to individual promotion terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, expiry dates, and eligible games or markets. In the absence of specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply:

Breach of any of the above may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
wintoto may suspend or terminate your Account at any time where it reasonably believes you have breached these Terms, where required to do so by a regulator or law enforcement body, or where continued operation of your Account poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to wintoto.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting wintoto support. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining after deduction of outstanding liabilities will be returned to you via your last verified payment method. Bonus Funds at the time of closure are forfeited unless separately agreed.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the wintoto brand, logo, game interfaces, software, text, images, and data — is the property of wintoto or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from wintoto.

Self-exclusion options — covering periods from 30 days to permanent exclusion — are available at no cost and take effect immediately upon request.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which wintoto holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to wintoto's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected] in writing with full particulars of the dispute. wintoto will respond within ten (10) business days.
If a dispute is not resolved through the internal process, it may be escalated to the applicable licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with the licensing authority's published procedures.
wintoto reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Members via the email address on file or by prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by regulatory directive. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
